To ensure the confidentiality of this process, Smash has partnered with UpLevel to administer the survey. UpLevel will receive and review your feedback, collaborating with Smash to develop a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing the work experience for all employees.

  2. This is an anonymous survey, we encourage you to be open and transparent about your experience with us and with your client.
  3. Your responses are confidential, and individual responses will not be shared with clients.
  4. If you are part of a team of four or less Smashers working with that client, please select the “Less than four Smashers ” option to ensure your anonymity. This ensures that your feedback is confidential and allows us to address any concerns you may have without compromising your identity.
  5. We understand that some areas are directly linked to your client, and this may impact your experience. While changing a client is not under our direct control, your feedback helps us act as career advocates for you with them.
  6. Your input will directly inform our efforts to improve your experience and advocate for your career growth within our organization.
